Chinese Garlic

Garlic is a small, hardy, bulbous plant of the amaryllidaceae family with a strong odor and a pungent taste. The bulb is composed of several bulbettes, sometimes referred to as cloves. The white variety is used almost exclusively when it is dehydrated.
