Thyme

Whole Thyme shall be the dried leaves and flowering tops of Thymus vulgaris, L. obtained from Morocco, Spain, and other parts of Europe. The dried, brownish green, curled leaves when crushed shall yield a fragrant, aromatic odor, and have a warm, aromatic, pungent taste.
