Whole Dill Weed shall be the clean dried whole leaves of Anethum graveolens L. The leaves shall have a characteristic and agreeable odor and an aromatic, pleasant, warm, sharp taste. The color of the leaves shall be made of the true vegetable substance from which no portion of its volatile constituents has been exhausted
